How To Go Digital To Get Physical

We all know that smart phones can be used to do just about anything. But how about consumers using their mobile devices to help them in their battle to lose weight.

A recent survey by Market Research found that 51 percent of respondents use their smart phones during their workout routines.

A staggering 91 percent of people who use their mobile devices during workouts use it to listen to music, while 43 percent use it to track their pace. Even emails are read during workouts… 33 percent.

Not too surprising, 75 percent said they share their progress with friends using Facebook as the primary mode of communication.
